Dear Brothers and Sisters,
I would like to encourage all of you to attend the Annual Regional Gathering this year. It is indeed a wonderful experience to attend as a group and also to have an opportunity to meet other Secular Franciscans from other Fraternities. This is open to all professed, candidates, inquirers, orientees, and interested guests.
This year the Theme is “Fraternity”.
When the regional members were here for our 50th year anniversary of our fraternity, they really liked our “Memorial “ table and want our fraternity to set up a similar “Memorial “ table at the Annual Regional Gathering.
The national minister will also be present making a Fraternal Visitation.
Below is the information on cost for accommodations, meal plan. Also if you would like to room with a specific person or persons please let us know. The registration deadline is Friday, June 26th.
The Annual Regional Gathering this year will be held again at LifeWay Ridgecrest Conference Center, Ridgecrest, NC, about 20 miles east of Ashville on Rt. 40. I will forward the actual address and directions in a later e-mail. Visit their website at www.lifeway.com and click on Conference Centers and then on Ridgecrest, NC.
Please write a check to the Immaculate Conception Fraternity. We will write one check to region from our common fund for those who are going and have paid. Since we are not meeting in June because of the Eucharistic Congress please send your check and the attached application to Lori Moran, 103 Bay Point, Peachtree City, GA 30269

$12.00 per day. The rate does not include meals.
They can purchase a meal ticket for whichever meal they'd like at the front desk as they arrive.
